Project Assistant - RRHPDate: Oct 2, 2026Location: Pella, IA, USCompany: Missouri River Energy ServicesHeadquartered in Sioux Falls, SD Missouri River Energy Services is a joint action agency supporting our 60 member municipalities that own and operate their own electric distribution systems. We provide competitive wages and comprehensive/low-cost benefit package with unique offerings.Responsibilities:Review and revise if needed plant operating procedures.Develop lock out tag out templates for major equipment in the plant.Continue with the organization of the warehouse.General housekeeping duties as needed.Support RRHP operations, maintenance activities, and other project needs.Receive training in the fundamentals of hydroelectric power generation.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High School Diploma.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.Ability to follow safety procedures as well as written and verbal instructions.Able to interact and communicate effectively with co-workers and the public.MRES is an Equal Opportunity Employer
