Job description
Project AssistantInsight Global is currently seeking a Project Assistant to join a client in the commercial construction industry. This individual will support Project Managers and Estimator/Project Managers with the coordination and execution of commercial ceiling and specialty interior construction projects. Daily responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, assisting with material takeoffs, maintaining project records, tracking submittals and RFIs, organizing project documentation, and supporting communication between field and office teams. The Project Assistant will help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and communicated effectively throughout the project lifecycle. This role provides exposure to estimating, project management, procurement, scheduling, and project controls while working alongside experienced construction professionals. The ideal candidate is hungry, coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment that emphasizes culture, internal development, and long-term career advancement into future project management and leadership roles.
