Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, communication screening and prioritization, coordination of executive meetings, preparation and distribution of materials, support of special projects, and management of executive administrative functions.The incumbent will prepare meeting agendas and materials, record and distribute minutes, and monitor action items and deliverables to support the Vice President's objectives. Given the complexity and demands of the Vice President's schedule, this position requires exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and efficiency to optimize meeting opportunities and minimize disruptions.
