Project Billing SpecialistOur client is seeking a Project Billing Specialist for a temporary assignment supporting a fast-paced, project-based organization.This role is ideal for someone with experience in project billing, project accounting support, or accounting administration who enjoys working with project managers, tracking financial information, and ensuring invoices are accurate and submitted on time.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process client invoices based on contract terms and project activitySupport project setup and maintenance within the accounting systemCoordinate with project managers to gather billing information and supporting documentationMaintain project and billing records with a high degree of accuracyTrack invoice status and assist with follow-up activities as neededReview project-related documentation and support financial reporting processesAssist with accounts receivable and collection follow-upProvide general administrative and accounting support to the project and finance teamsQualifications:3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, project accounting, or related administrative supportExperience working in a project-based business environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsWhy Consider This Opportunity?Immediate temporary opportunityCollaborative team environmentExposure to project accounting and billing operationsFull-time, in-office positionOpportunity to contribute to a growing organizationIf you have a background in project billing, accounting support, or project administration and are available for a temporary assignment, we'd love to speak with you.For confidential consideration, contact OneSource Professional Search.
