Drug And Alcohol Program Coordinator (Contract)Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite. Shift Details: 6:00AM-10:30AM CT (4.5 hours) Monday-Friday - note: shift start time subject to change based on D&A drug testing needs.Job Summary: Supports Zoox's drug and alcohol program by assisting with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, including random testing pool management and test scheduling.Essential Job Functions:Assists with managing Zoox's random testing pool for driversHelps maintain accurate and current pool listsSupports the random selection process and tracks selection resultsCoordinates drug and alcohol testing appointmentsNotifies selected drivers and supervisors of testing requirements per program protocolsMaintains a testing calendar/tracker of scheduled, completed, and outstanding testsProvides general administrative support for the Drug & Alcohol ProgramAssists with routine reporting on pool status and testing completion ratesHelps prepare materials for required trainingsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of related administrative or coordination experienceProficient in Google Suite and Client OfficeWorks well independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsUses tact and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive employee/contractor informationComfortable following established processes and escalating issues appropriatelyWorking Conditions: Minimal travel (occasional, if any) Time Type: Full Time Department: Legal, EHS, & Security Business Unit: Legal
