What You'll Be Doing
Support Project Managers with daily project operations
Manage and track RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders
Assist with project schedules and documentation control
Coordinate communication between clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
Maintain project records and ensure documentation is accurate and current
Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
Assist with permit and inspection coordination
Support procurement and material tracking efforts
Participate in project meetings and follow-up action items
Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and moving forward

Qualifications
5–7 years of Project Coordination experience within commercial construction
Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction
Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows
Experience managing RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and project logs
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
