Project Coordinator II

Juno Beach, FL (100% on-site)

Duration: initial 12-month contract

Pay: $40-45/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication. This role will work closely with project managers, project teams, and clients to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Support project managers with developing project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.

Participate in project design meetings and provide recommendations for process or project improvements.

Identify potential project issues, technical challenges, and risks and assist with developing solutions.

Coordinate project schedules, team goals, deliverables, and project updates.

Monitor active projects and coordinate team members to help maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Maintain project documentation, ensuring materials are accurate, current, properly organized, and accessible.

Prepare, review, and distribute project-related documentation, including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to understand and document project requirements, scope, objectives, and expectations.

Monitor project expenses and support budget management and cost-saving initiatives.

Travel to project sites as needed to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (approximately 5-10%).

Qualifications & Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation and project management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in time-sensitive situations.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Comfortable using project management and scheduling tools.

Preferred Skills

Schedule management experience, particularly with Smartsheet.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP.

Experience with Maximo.
