A mentor and coach who empowers others to succeed while holding teams accountable.

Minimum 15 years’ experience in a construction industry leadership role (20+ years preferred for senior‑level expertise).

Demonstrated success as Lead Project Manager on multiple large‑scale projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Strong knowledge of estimating, contracts, and job documentation; CPM scheduling preferred.

Business development and client relationship experience required.

What Do We Offer?

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Life, short‑and long‑term disability insurance.

401(k) with company match.

Paid holidays and vacation.

Tuition reimbursement, travel incentives, and professional development opportunities.

At Pike Construction Services, this isn’t just another role — it’s a chance to lead projects, shape markets, and make an impact on a community and company that has been thriving for over 150 years.
