What You’ll Be Responsible For
Provide high-level oversight of multiple large-scale commercial projects
Align stakeholders on vision, goals, and execution strategy
Manage project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers
Lead budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning at a portfolio level
Act as the primary point of contact for ownership groups and design teams
Ensure high performance in safety, quality control, and risk management
Partner with business development and preconstruction to plan future work
Mentor and develop emerging leaders on your teams
