Job description
My client is a $7B+ US design-build contractor with a nationwide presence and a strong track record across data centers, advanced technology and other complex infrastructure.
They are experiencing significant growth in the mission-critical sector, delivering large-scale projects for leading hyperscale and technology clients.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position overseeing the successful delivery of major data center developments, with responsibility for the overall project strategy, commercial performance and client relationship.
Direct projects valued at $200M+
Lead senior PM, CM and field leadership teams
Own project strategy, budget, schedule and risk
Act as the senior point of contact for the client and key stakeholders
Oversee procurement, construction, MEP coordination and commissioning
Drive project performance, safety, quality and commercial outcomes
Build strong client relationships and support future project opportunities
Background
15+ years construction experience
Proven leadership of large-scale data center / mission-critical projects
Strong commercial and contractual understanding
Comfortable operating at executive level with major client
