Job description
This position is responsible for supporting the project team on smaller, less complex projects.
Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.
Manages change orders. Ensures they are completed accurately and tracked as required.
Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
Stays current on emerging trends.
Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education, training and experience
Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports
Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design
Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office, such as Excel
