Role – Project Engineer
Location – Liberty, NC
Duration – 12 Months
Description:
The team is looking for someone who has experience in defining and reporting overall project KPIs and milestones using the Battery Master Operation Plan (OP).
Defining standard reporting structure and standardised outputs for KPI and milestone reporting. Leading project and trial obeys.
Supporting pre-production trial activity, including coordinating trial parts orders, schedule creation, and KPI setting/management based on project phase and schedule.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
Experience setting, managing, visualising, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to senior/executive-level leadership recommending company direction based on data analysis.
Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, including milestone achievement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed, based on project condition and schedule. 25%
Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed, based on project condition and schedule. xhqgsiq
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
