Job description
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years equivalent professional work experience in a Project related role.
Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater
Experience setting, managing, visualizing, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to Senior/Executive level leadership recommending company direction based on data analysis.
Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules including milestone achievement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%. (Possibility of International but nothing on plan as of now.)
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods (such as July and December shutdown) as needed, based on project condition and schedule. 25%
Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed, based on project condition and schedule.

Our Client Supplier Management
Battery or automotive manufacturing experience
3 Pillar management or execution experience
Understanding and execution of Gated Management or BRAD milestones
Experience with Our Client Business Practices (TBP) problem solving
Understanding of Our Client planning process, specifications, and product development
