Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Location: Liberty, NC
We're looking for a project-focused engineer to drive new model launch execution at a major battery manufacturing facility. If you live for milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination, this one's for you.
What you'll do:
Define and report project KPIs and Milestones using the Battery Master Operation Plan (OP)
Lead project and trial Obeyas, standardizing reporting outputs across the team
Coordinate new model launch activities across divisions and companies from development through start of production
Support pre-production trials — trial parts orders, schedule creation, KPI management
Support construction activity — building prep milestones, installation kickoffs, construction Obeyas
Serve as primary contact point coordinating directly with the battery manufacturing site
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years professional experience in a project-related role
Project management experience with capital investments
Experience setting, visualizing and reporting KPIs to senior/executive leadership
Skilled at creating and maintaining detailed schedules with milestone tracking
