Maintain configuration control and technical rigor to support long-term sustainment.

Mentor engineers and establish technical standards that promote consistency and trust.

Design solutions that are mission-focused, user-centered, and operationally relevant.

Ensure engineering decisions are traceable to warfighter needs and mission outcomes.

Balance innovation with practicality, emphasizing usability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost.

Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Drive streamlined engineering processes and modern development practices (e.g., Agile, DevSecOps, Model-Based Systems Engineering).

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related discipline). Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred, but not required.
