The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience with identifying and resolving issues
Experience with risk and opportunity management
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US Citizenship
Desired Skills
Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with senior customer and management
Organization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks
Experience collaborating with various functional teams
Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
Ability to build relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers to achieve organizational and program goals
General understanding and application of data visualization
Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint
Active TOP SECRET security clearance

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
