Project ExecutiveThis opportunity is located in Nevada. We're hiring a Project Executive with electrical data center experience to lead large electrical construction programs on mission critical data center campuses across Nevada. You'll own projects from preconstruction through commissioning, managing client relationships, budgets, schedules, and field leadership.Projects you'll lead might include:A $1.2B, 300 MW hyperscale data center campus with multiple buildings, featuring medium-voltage distribution and on-site 230 kV substationsA $1.5B phased hyperscale expansion with prefabricated electrical skids and integrated commissioningA $1B fast-track build-out of AI-ready data halls with redundant UPS, switchgear, and generator plantsWhat you'll do:Own P&L, contracts, and change management on $1B+ mission critical programsLead project managers, superintendents, and field teamsBe the main contact for owners, GCs, and engineersDrive safety, quality, schedule, and Level 1 to 5 commissioningWhat you bring:10+ years in electrical construction, with time in a PM or PX roleRequired: electrical data center experience on mission critical projectsSolid knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear, and generatorsStrong financial, scheduling, and client-facing skillsElectrical license or degree is a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
