Location: Herndon, VA
The Role
A Top ENR-ranked national GC is scaling its data center portfolio and needs a PX to own it. You’ll be accountable for delivering large-scale data center projects, from preconstruction to closeout, on schedule, on budget and at a standard clients come back for.

What You’ll Do
Own project performance end to end, preconstruction through closeout
Set strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety and profit
Work hand in hand with preconstruction, project management and field teams
Lead senior relationships with owners, architects, consultants and subs
Control financials, forecasting, risk and commercial performance
Mentor and grow Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
Solve major issues fast and hold the team accountable
What You Bring
12-20+ years in construction, xhmxlyz with significant data center or mission-critical experience
A track record delivering complex, large-scale projects at a large GC
Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff
Strong command of MEP, structural and civil construction
Proven ownership of project financials, schedules and client relationships
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
