Job description
TAR develops, builds, owns, and operates fully islanded solar and storage campuses that deliver firm power to AI data centers, with no utility interconnection and no gas generation. This Project Finance Lead role is on-site in New York, San Francisco, or Austin and owns financing execution end to end.
You will take live transactions from term sheet through diligence, documentation, and close, build and defend the models behind them, and drive counsel and counterparty coordination to close deals
