Financial Accounting Oversight For Construction ProjectsThis position provides oversight for the financial accounting of construction projects for Facilities Planning & Capital Programs (FP&CP) and partners with Project Managers from project inception through final costing. Prepares and analyzes complex financial information, develops financial statements and reports, and ensures accurate recording of assets, liabilities, and project activity. Assists senior management with budgeting, financial reporting, and specialized analyses while ensuring compliance with GAAP and funding requirements. Experience analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, or financial analyses. Experience using spreadsheets and/or financial systems to analyze and report financial information. Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
