You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care.As a Project Hope BCBA, you'll do more than cover hours: you'll shape how high-quality care reaches families who would otherwise go without. You'll deliver exceptional ABA supervision, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care – all with the flexibility and autonomy of a part-time, mission-driven role.Perks & Benefits:Premium Pay: Hourly pay between $70-75 per hour, aligned with skills and experienceFlexibility: Set your schedule with an expected minimum of 6 clinical hours per week up to 20 hours per weekPredictability: A consistent, recurring schedule you can plan aroundTelehealth: Hybrid and Telehealth Options available for BCBAs with 5+ years of certificationEmployee Assistance ProgramUniversity Partnership BenefitsCareer Development & Leadership TracksFun, Collaborative Culture: team events, celebrations, and supportive leadershipWhat You’ll Do:Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progressSupport RBTs through training, coaching and supervisionComplete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive careMaintain targeted caseloadWhat We’re Looking For:Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of IllinoisExperience working in a clinic settingAvailability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)What Makes You a Great Fit:You are passionate about kids accessing high quality careYou love working with school-aged children and supporting their goalsYour ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAsYour collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a teamYour passion for working with children with special needsYour dedication to quality outcomes through education, training, and developmentYour receptiveness to feedback and commitment to personal and professional growth
