Job description
This is a remote position.
The Project Lead will support strategic, operational, and growth initiatives across the Digita Global Group. The role will coordinate projects, recruitment activities, bids and grants, events, and programme development while ensuring teams and stakeholders remain aligned with key objectives and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support
Support recruitment, onboarding, role definition, and team coordination.
Assist with clarifying responsibilities and aligning roles with business needs.
Facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
Project Management & Oversight
Coordinate projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks, delays, and outstanding actions and escalate where necessary.
Ensure deliverables remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Bid & Proposal Support
Identify relevant public-sector and institutional bid opportunities.
Support the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation.
Coordinate stakeholder inputs, compliance requirements, and submission deadlines.
Grants Management
Identify and evaluate relevant grant opportunities.
Support the preparation and submission of grant applications.
Coordinate required documentation and assist with reporting and compliance requirements.
Event & Workshop Coordination
Support the planning of workshops, events, and community initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Help ensure activities align with programme objectives and audience needs.
Accelerator & Program Development
Support the development of accelerator and business support programmes.
Help structure programme phases, participation criteria, and value propositions.
Align programmes with relevant funding, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities.
Requirements
Required
Experience in project management, business operations, programme coordination, or a related role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools.
Preferred
Experience with bids, proposals, tenders, or grant applications.
Experience coordinating recruitment, events, or business programmes.
Familiarity with project management, CRM, or recruitment platforms.
