Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day client relationships.

Coordinate with clients, attorneys, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and other key project stakeholders.

Communicate project status, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and potential issues to clients and internal teams.

Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate.

Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain a high level of client service and represent InSite professionally in all interactions.

Project Financial Management

Assist with initial project scoping, proposals, fee development, and job costing.

Monitor project budgets, expenses, schedules, and overall financial performance.

Review project billing and assist with accounts receivable and collections for assigned engagements.

Identify scope changes and potential additional service opportunities.

Work with management to ensure projects remain financially successful while meeting client expectations.

Permitting & Project Coordination

Coordinate the design and permitting process among internal teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Oversee the preparation and submission of permit applications and facilitate permit expediting as needed.

Coordinate survey, engineering, planning, environmental, and other professional services required for project completion.

Assist with due diligence, site investigations, agency requirements, and project feasibility evaluations.

Coordinate subcontractors and outside consultants associated with assigned projects.

Track project approvals, agency comments, deliverables, and outstanding action items.

Represent the firm professionally in the community and at industry events.

Leadership & Professional Development

Provide input regarding employee performance, professional development, and staffing needs.

Participate in interviewing and recruiting efforts as requested.

Lead by example and promote a collaborative, accountable, and professional work environment.

Support the firm's mission, vision, and values while contributing to continuous improvement.

Continue developing industry knowledge, leadership skills, and professional relationships through networking and continuing education.
