Job description
Must-Have Qualifications
EPIC Cadence Certification (Required)
3+ years of EPIC Cadence analyst experience
Scheduling and/or registration workflow experience
Operational and/or IT background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Clinical database software knowledge
Healthcare application implementation, optimization, and support
Experience working across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams
Strong understanding of workflow analysis and system improvement initiatives
What They'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting application implementation and optimization projects
Partnering with IT and operational stakeholders to deliver system solutions
Managing complex projects across multiple applications and departments
Facilitating end-user training, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements
Supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and patient care
