Project Manager - Electrical | Data Centers
Northern Virginia, VA | Chester, VA | Suffolk, VA | Lithia Springs, GA
11 Days On / 3 Days Off Rotation
️ Site-Based | Data Center Construction
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical construction projects across large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical developments.
The Role:
Manage electrical projects valued at $20M–$100M from preconstruction through completion
Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships
Own project schedule, budget, forecasting, change orders and financial reporting
Support estimating, takeoffs and change-order pricing
Represent the company in client and project meetings
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
8+ years of electrical construction project management experience
Data Center / Mission Critical experience required
Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred
Experience managing $20M–$100M electrical projects
Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project financials
Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Project, BIM360 or CXAlloy preferred
Able and willing to travel/work across Northern Virginia as required
Willingness to work an 11/3 rotation
