Requirements:

10+ years of construction/project management experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong preference for candidates with MTA / NYCT / transit project experience.

Experience working for a General Contractor is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and change management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.

Experience with public-sector projects is highly desirable.
