Job description
Responsible for strategic planning and execution for the advanced product development unit, including market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring progress and quality control of product development.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and goal attainment.
Confirm requirements and communicate with customers, providing technical support and solutions.
Minimum 5 years of PM experience in the electronics industry, experience with server products is a plus.
Proven ability to lead market research, competitive analysis, business model evaluation, and product positioning; track record of defining product strategy and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Deep familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes
Excellent root-cause analysis (RCA) and data-driven decision-making skills; experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA) to improve product quality and development efficiency.
