Job description
Large commercial contractor has a need for a project manager to be part of the team on a $1.4B data center project in the Charlotte, NC area. Previous data center experience is preferred but is not required.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
Responsibilities include:
Scoping subcontractors and writing contracts.
Identifing and managing critical path items.
Control of construction costs and management of cost reposting.
Scheduling and coordination of construction sequencing and tasks.
Material procurement and tracking.
Coordination with subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners. xavwley
Document tracking including account receiveables and invoices.
