Builtech is currently seeking a Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented team.
Responsibilities
Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually.
Own the project financials and job profitability.
Orchestrator of the project team – client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
Represent Builtech as the client’s primary contact.
Daily communication with your project teammates.
Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.
Requirements
3-5 years of Project Management experience
Embrace and fully protect our Core Values – Trust, Integrity, Humility, Respect, Passion and Courage
Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and preferably Procore
Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
Willingness to travel to projects both locally and nationally
