As a Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, helping deliver high-quality projects for clients across a variety of industries, including retail, cold storage, food & beverage, education, healthcare and more.

You’ll work alongside experienced construction professionals while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules & cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, & project teams
Lead project purchasing & procurement activities
Review plans, specifications & project documents
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers & field teams
Identify/resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, safety & profitability
Travel to project sites as needed
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods & trades
Ability to read & interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
