We provide construction management, general contracting, renovations, tenant fit-outs, facilities maintenance, and capital improvement services for a diverse range of clients. Our portfolio includes projects within the financial, hospitality, retail, corporate, and commercial sectors. Known for our long-standing client relationships, we take pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. As our company continues to grow, our team is looking to add a Project Manager who shares our commitment to client satisfaction and delivering successful projects. This individual will play a key role in managing commercial construction projects, building relationships with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the continued success of our organization.

ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Develop and maintain project schedules
Monitor project budgets and profitability
Attend client meetings and provide project updates
Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements
Lead projects through successful closeout
Qualifications3+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience xzgxqkn managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
