Alleato Group is a growing commercial design-build construction company looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, work directly with company leadership, and grow with a company that is continuing to expand.
What You’ll Do
Manage commercial construction projects from start through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal project teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, permits, inspections, and project documentation
Track change orders, subcontractor pricing, and project costs
Manage project schedules and coordinate look-ahead schedules with Superintendents
Oversee punch lists, closeout documents, and owner turnover
Assist with estimating, bid reviews, and subcontractor scope coordination
Review and manage subcontractor and owner pay applications
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
Proven commercial general contracting/construction experience
Project management experience overseeing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project closeout
Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to take ownership and keep projects moving
