Project Manager - Corporate Interiors
Our client is a general contractor with a national presence and is hiring a Project Manager - Corporate Interiors in NJ and New York due to growth. Our client supports projects in several states including the DMV area and midwest. The general contractor is hiring a Project Manager - Corporate Interiors in NJ and New York to help provide leadership and guidance to sustain this growth, and this candidate will have opportunity to lead projects nationally as well.
Manage all phases of corporate interior construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines.
Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain smooth workflows.
Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and company standards.
A successful Project Manager - Corporate Interiors in NJ and New York should have:
Experience managing corporate interior construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000.
Permanent, full-time position in the property industry.
