Overview
Del Medical is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Coordinator to support the installation of radiographic imaging systems in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers nationwide. This role directly supports patient diagnosis and care by delivering technology that powers patient care.
Job Details: Level: Experienced • Location: Bloomingdale, IL 60108 • Position Type: Full Time • Salary Range: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure rooms meet structural, electrical, and radiation shielding requirements.
Keep customers informed while managing expectations and resolving technical issues.
Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
Track production, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Confirm site readiness requirements (power, construction, shielding, etc.).
Maintain installation documentation and milestone tracking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for installation logistics.
Escalate risks proactively to prevent delays.
Ensure projects close cleanly and on time.
You’ll manage multiple concurrent installations and serve as the communication hub between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Field Service.
What We’re Looking For
Required
2–5 years of project coordination, construction coordination, or operational support experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage 10–25 concurrent projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Preferred
Experience in medical device, capital equipment, or technical service industries.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
Exposure to healthcare construction or equipment installation environments.
