Job description
Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team on-site in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware, and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.
What You'll Do
* Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
* Manage projects from initial estimating through final installation
* Prepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors
* Support end-user aftermarket sales
* Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visits
* Plan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlines
* Ensure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirements
* Perform additional duties as needed to support team and business goals
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and Hardware
* Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Travel to other Tague/Customer locations is required
* Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
* Valid driver's license
* Work on-site, Monday - Friday in Malvern, PA
