This individual will serve as the primary IT project lead throughout the facility lifecycle, partnering closely with Planning, Design & Construction, IS&T, clinical, operational, and vendor teams to ensure each new location is technologically ready for a successful opening. The Project Manager will oversee the technology workstream from early planning and design through implementation and go-live, with particular focus on end-user technology, Epic readiness, infrastructure dependencies, and operational readiness.

Serve as the primary liaison between IT and Planning, Design & Construction teams, ensuring technology requirements are incorporated into facility plans and timelines.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and overall technology readiness.
Coordinate deployment and readiness of end-user devices and technology, including workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other clinical or business technology.
Partner with Epic/application teams to establish the IT and Epic go-live strategy for new locations. Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning infrastructure, networking, applications, end-user computing, cybersecurity, clinical technology, operations, and external vendors.
