Location: Colorado Springs, CO (onsite) or Rapid City, SD - onsite

Lead $40M-$80M+ Federal Design-Build Projects
New PM roles with a 100% employee-owned federal division of General Contractor that specializes in building large-scale vertical Federal DoD military and USACE projects across the continental U.S., They're growing their project management bench due to large scale growth. We are currently filling 2 PM roles, due to internal promotions, which says a lot about how we develop talent.
You'll lead complex, ground-up Federal DoD design-build work alongside an exceptional team and leadership group, in a safety-driven, high-performance culture. This GC has been recently named a Best Place to Work and elevated to CMMC Level 2.
What You'll Bring
5+ years as a Project Manager on complex vertical federal DoD and USACE builds
Vertical construction expertise (these are not civil, environmental or utility projects)
Experience managing projects in the $35M-$80M range
Experience on projects that include SCIF work
Proficiency with RMS, Procore, and Primavera P6
Direct USACE project experience (preferred)
