Job DescriptionManage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
