Work From HomeWork From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544The Project Manager III is responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. This position establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. The Project Manager coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that affects the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Communicates with project stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project scope, timeline, and budget.
Using project management methodologies and processes to support successful project implementation; provides assistance in using these tools on key projects.
Works with managers to ensure project resources are assigned to project work for project duration and at the correct allocation.
Creates a project timeline; motivates team members and takes responsibility for keeping everyone on track; helps team members set targets for milestones and consistently monitors progress.
Provides comprehensive and clear project statuses to stakeholders and leaders.
Takes the lead to resolve project issues and discrepancies arising from within various departments and works swiftly and proactively, to escalate to leadership in support of resolution, if needed.
Gathers all relevant data and manages the project budget.
Reports on project budget versus actuals.
Acts as thought leader in building a high performing team; reviews PMO processes and offers recommendations for improvement.
Provides cross training to others within your area of expertise and continues to seek personal educational growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Bachelor's Degree
Required In lieu of degree, additional experience required as listed in the experience section
5 years Relevant work experience in Project Management Required
5 years Experience with Vendors Required
5 years Healthcare Industry experience Required
9 years In lieu of degree, relevant experience in Project Management AND with vendors AND Healthcare industry experience Required
