Now Hiring: Project Manager- Land Development Richmond, VA | Full-Time | Full-Time
A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm based in Richmond, VA is looking for a Project Manager to lead their growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

What we're looking for:
BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in VA
10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial
5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Client relationships within Knoxville area.
