Job description
A well-established general contractor clients in the Indianapolis area is currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They’re seeking professionals with a background in commercial or multifamily construction.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Plan and manage construction projects from start to finishOversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocationLead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigationCommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications:Ideally 4+ years of construction experience preferably in commercial or multifamilyStrong knowledge of construction methods and project management practicesProven leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
