Job Summary
The Project Manager for Strategy & Impact Business Enablement is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives within a crown corporation. This full-time remote role involves managing projects through all lifecycle phases, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes by utilizing advanced project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, scope, and change effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, implementation, and close-out phases.
Conduct discovery, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, management plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
Manage project scope, assess change impacts, and facilitate governance decision-making.
Coordinate delivery of project deliverables across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Support communications, marketing, digital media, content production, event planning, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Prepare and present updates, recommendations, and decision materials to sponsors, governance bodies, and executives.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery processes including backlog and sprint planning, roadmap creation, and retrospectives.
Identify and implement improvements in project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational maturity.

Must Haves

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
