Project Manager – Structural Steel Erection
Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Produce project progress reports, financial forecasts, and billing updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience within structural steel.
Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor or specialty contractor.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
Strong organisational, communication, and client relationship skills. xhqgsiq
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
