Job description
Join a fast-paced project leadership role where you’ll help guide complex, high-risk initiatives from planning through execution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and keeping multiple workstreams aligned to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and execution of complex projects while keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines
Monitor project risks and proactively identify issues that could affect delivery
Support day-to-day project activities and ensure key milestones are met
Communicate progress, updates, and potential challenges to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Drive alignment across teams and help keep project objectives moving forward
Skills
Experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities and deliverables
Strong project planning, organization, and time management abilities
Ability to track budgets, schedules, and work plans effectively
Comfort managing project risks and resolving issues in a proactive way
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and accountability
Preferred Skills
Experience working on high-risk or highly visible initiatives
Familiarity with structured project management tools and methodologies
Background supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
