Job description
A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers to support major mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and industrial construction projects .
We're looking for construction professionals with strong project-management fundamentals who want access to a substantial national pipeline of technically complex work.
Responsibilities
Manage project execution from planning through turnover
Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management
Coordinate closely with field leadership
Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Maintain strong owner and design-team communication
Develop APMs and Project Engineers
Qualifications
Ground-up and/or complex construction experience
Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Open to project-related travel
Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex sectors are encouraged to apply.
