Green Bay Packaging seeks a Project Manager to lead manufacturing and packaging projects supporting innovative, sustainable solutions. In this role, you’ll plan and execute projects from concept through start-up, coordinating production, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and resources, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, reliable project delivery. You’ll engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders, supporting a people-first culture focused on safety, integrity, and long-term growth in a stable, expanding manufacturing environment.
