Project ManagerReporting to senior construction leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from institutional facilities to retail developments.Responsibilities include managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships, coordinating with field teams, superintendents, consultants, owners, and subcontractors, reviewing estimates, pricing, and project costs to support financial success, leading project meetings and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
