Contract Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the launch of a new customer-facing program on an accelerated timeline. This role will require coordinating multiple business teams, IT and OT organizations, and various stakeholders to ensure a successful program rollout.
The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex business processes, develop and execute structured launch plans, and drive teams to meet critical deadlines with minimal oversight. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of a new customer program from initiation through launch.
Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT, OT, and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with program objectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to quickly learn new business processes and operate effectively with limited direction.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Utility or customer program experience is a plus.
