Support project bidding, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.

Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to support effective decision-making.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.

Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints.

Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred; experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus.
