Job description
A rapidly growing general contractor client is seeking a Project Manager (or above) for a ground-up 20-unit apartment complex (12-15 months) in Northern Arizona. (North of Flagstaff)
Interested project managers must have successfully completed at least 3 projects of similar scope within the past eight years, with owners available and willing to complete positive project completion assessments.
Market salary - interested project managers need to be willing to share verifiable compensation packages for the past three years.
